Slices of marinated, chargrilled breast of chicken heaped atop our Caesar Salad.

Cajun-Fried Chicken Salad

Crispy Cajun-battered chicken strips served on mixed greens with tomatoes, hard-boiled egg and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with Honey Mustard dressing.

Shanghai Chicken Salad

Chilled fire-grilled citrus chicken breast served over mixed greens, tossed with fresh low-fat Cilantro-Lime dressing, Mandarin oranges and diced tomatoes.

Cobb Salad

Chilled and diced fire grilled chicken, crisp bacon, avocado, Cheddar cheese, hard-boiled egg, black olives, tomatoes and Bleu cheese on salad greens. Served with your choice of dressing.
